Roberts Company will ship your order on the same day your method of payment clears the bank (credit card / PayPal / money order / cashier’s check – same day). If you order an item that is not in stock, we will notify you of the delay as soon as we receive your order. We won't charge you until your item has been shipped.
Standard Ground shipping is available to all 50 states and APO/FPO addresses. Orders placed with Standard Ground shipping usually ship the next business day and typically arrive in five (5) to seven (7) business days. Shipments to the Continental US (not including P.O. Boxes) are sent via UPS Ground. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and post office boxes are sent via USPS. Shipments to APO/FPO address are included in the AK, HI and P.O. Box rates and are shipped via USPS.
UPS 2nd Day Air shipping is available to all 50 states. UPS 2nd Day Air is not available for P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Orders placed with UPS 2nd Day Air shipping will typically ship the next business day and arrive in two (2) to three (3) business days.
UPS Next Day Air shipping is available to all 50 states. Separate rates apply for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii and can be viewed in the cart. UPS Next Day Air is not available for P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Orders placed with UPS Next Day Air shipping will typically ship the next business day and arrive in one (1) to two (2) business days.
Standard and expedited international shipping is available. Standard International is USPS Priority Mail International and will typically ship the next business day to arrive in six (6) to ten (10) business days. Expedited International is USPS Express Mail International and will typically ship the next business day to arrive in three (3) to five (5) business days. Rates can be viewed in the cart for Canada and other International shipments.
